Financial results of REITS

The real estate investment trusts (REITs) have started reporting their financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2009.

 

The following were some key numbers for the quarter for various REITS:

Figures in brackets are percentage changes over the corresponding period of previous year 2008. The change must be viewed from the perspective that the 4th Quarter of 2008 was the quarter after Lehman Brothers Inc collapsed and Singapore was in recession.
