Australian Dollar declines

One Australian dollar was S$1.118 on 26 September 2014. It was S$1.139 on 19 September, a week ago. This was a decline of 1.8% against Singapore dollar. My investment in Australian dollar lost value as a result.

Australian dollar was not able to rise since two years ago. See graph below.

Australian dollar was at its highest at S$1.305 on 11 April 2013. Between then and now, Australian dollar lost 14.3%. See table below.

On 20 May 2013, I took delivery of A$ at exchange rate of S$1.275. The most recent rate was S$1.118. That was a decline of 12.3%. This was my worst investment out of my portfolio of other investments. You lose some you gain some.
