When I was growing up, I liked to read self-help books. Two stands out and I still keep them.
- “Simplify your life” by Elaine St. James published in 1994
- “Don’t sweat the small stuff … and it’s all small stuff” by Dr Richard Carlson published in 1997.
I liked the books because both have 100 ways of better living tips and ideas. Each chapter is short and to the point. I still live by some of the ideas, such as “Become an early riser”, “Become more patient”, “Keep a journal”.
