Redeemed two funds of First State Investments

I sold off First State Bridge Fund and First State Regional China Fund this year.

First State Bridge Fund (Balanced fund, Asia Pacific excluding Japan)

Bought on 23 April 2008 (Net Asset Value $1.3859)
Redeemed fully by 6 April 2017 (Net Asset Value $1.6431)
Capital gain was 36.3% over 9 years holding period (with dividends re-invested)
This works out to 3.5% per year return on the investment.

First State Regional China Fund (Equity fund, Greater China)

Bought between 18 July 2012 and 7 March 2013 (Net Asset Value $2.0567)
Redeemed fully by 23 November 2017 (Net Asset Value $4.0132)
Capital gain was 63.1% over 5 years holding period.
This works out to 4.25% per year return on the investment

Return of 3.5% and 4.25% per year were enough for me. First State Regional China Fund had done well.
