Morning Walk at Singapore Botanic Gardens

We took a leisure walk from Bukit Timah Gate of the Singapore Botanic Gardens to the Tanglin Gate of the Gardens this Saturday morning. This route covered the whole length of the Singapore Botanic Gardens from end to end, Bukit Timah Road at one end and Holland Road at the other end.

Weather was fine and not too hot. The walk took three hours. Number of steps on the pedometer was 11,000 steps. We started the journey at 8.00 am and ended at 11.00 am, in time for lunch.

The route passed by the following places of interest.

1. Eco Lake where you can see the black swans

3. Rain Forest where there are boardwalks inside the forest

5. The Learning Forest (newest attraction)

6. Swan Lake where you can see white swans

We ended the walk with lunch at Fusion Spoon at Botanic Gardens.
